Frozen Cake

With 2 little girls in my house, Frozen is a pretty big deal. This was a birthday cake for my youngest and she was in love with it. It’s a cookies and cream cake with Swiss merengue buttercream, with cake lace snow flakes and sugar water sculpture! It really was a show stopper.
